Introduction

You can browse the experimentally confirmed methylated DNA binding TFs extracted from the published literatures in this page. We have curated 753 records about 731 TFs manually in human and mouse cells from the published literatures. The results have different formats because of different methods used in the experiments. For example, using SELEX(systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) in vitro, we can get TF binding motifs but can not get TF binding sequences. However, using protein arrays, we can only get some protein binding DNA sequences. So, some TFs have methylated motif logos, but some do not have any information about DNA motif.
