ILMCNet provides a publicly available online tool for protein secondary structure prediction that supports users to upload the amino acid sequence of any protein for prediction. Here are some notes:

· ILMCNet only supports two ways of inputting amino acid sequence or uploading fasta file. When uploading files, only one file is allowed to be uploaded for prediction at one time. If you want to predict other files, please delete the uploaded file first, and then re-upload it again.

· ILMCNet supports two kinds of prediction tasks: three-state and eight-state protein secondary structure prediction, which can be chosen by users according to their needs.

· Different lengths of protein sequences take different prediction times.

· Email address is provided in the upper right corner, so you can contact us if you have any questions.

· We suggest that users can use the PyMOL tool to visualize the obtained protein secondary structure, which helps users to understand.

· The following figure shows the design concept of ILMCNet.
